RTI is awarded a Task Order with Rolands & Associates for CMIS IV&V MANASSAS, VIRGINIA –February 16, 2006– RTI has been awarded a new Task Order, under our subcontract with Rolands & Associates, for IV&V support for the Contact Support Team (CST) Information Management System (CIMS) Main Battle Board initiative. The customer for this effort is the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Chemical & Biological Directorate. The CST mission is to assess suspected weapons of mass destruction (WMD) attack, advise civilian responders on appropriate actions, and facilitate the arrival of additional state and Federal military forces. This tasking utilizes RTI expertise in the areas of systems and engineering processes; IV&V; and the phases of software development, including requirements analysis, system architecture, and acceptance testing. It also requires and draws upon RTI knowledge of software development and enterprise resource planning.
