RTI Wins ECBC Task Order Contract – Engineering Support (TOCES) RTI was informed by the Government last Wednesday that a contract had been awarded to RTI for Functional Area 1 (i.e., Engineering Support Services) under the Task Order Contract, Engineering Support (TOCES) Solicitation DAAD13-03-R-0003. The solicitation was initially announced in June 2003 with the proposal being submitted in August 2003. RTI had as its teaming partners, SciTech Services, Inc., MKI SYSTEMS, BAE SYSTEMS and Simulation Technologies, Inc. RTI, and it’s subcontractors, are very excited about this opportunity. TOCES is valued at 100 Million dollars and will be competed amongst the 4 winners (RTI, Battelle, SAIC and Teledyne/Brown). RTI is the only small business Prime in this functional area and anticipates being very active in securing work from this vehicle.
