RTI Presents at the 2003 226th American Chemical Society National Meeting Mr. David Godso of RTI was selected to present based on RTI's expertise in CBRN software and systems development. The presentation was part of the Technical Program for the Division of Analytical Chemistry section for Homeland Defese "Analytical Support for First Responders Detection and Identification", cochaired by J.P. Carrico and J.P. Zeigler. Mr. Godso spoke on "Automated information management and decision aids for first reponders: Making multiple sensors easier to use and their ata easier to understand and manage." He explained the issues associated with network centric systems and interoperability as they related to technology building blocks necessary to achieve effective information management and decision support tools. Mr. Godso finally provided practical recommendations to the attendees on how to address these issues going forward and also described the benefits of doing so.
