RTI Has Successful Completion of Two Critical Applications for ExxonMobil Corporation RTI was placed under contract by ExxonMobil to develop two turnkey systems. One is the Loss Prevention System and one is the Electronic Boat Sheet application. User feedback has been extremely positive and RTI is proud of its support of ExxonMobil and the success of these applications. The Loss Prevention System Web Application (LPS Web) will replace the client server Safety Performance and Expectations (SPEX) application that currently serves as an incident reporting system for Distribution and Fuels Marketing. The project will deliver an Intranet based reporting and analysis system which will enhance several critical functions of the Loss Prevention System. This is a web based data entry and reporting system that will be deployed in the ExxonMobil Intranet environment. Field users will enter data using web-based forms via the Internet Explorer browser. Area and headquarters managers involved in LPS stewardship will use the system to review data and summary reports. Security will be integrated with the ExxonMobil Windows NT LAN security mechanisms. The Electronic Boat Sheet (EBS) is an application that provides a consistent and efficient means of communicating shipment logistics information across Exxon refineries, Mobil refineries, L&PS HQ, customers, and other entities. This is a web based data entry and reporting system that will be deployed in the ExxonMobil Intranet environment. Users will enter and view data via the Internet Explorer browser. Security will be integrated with the ExxonMobil Windows NT LAN security mechanisms.
