RTI Receives a Contract From SBCCOM To Develop and ASSY QC System (Fairfax, VA) Wednesday, April 10, 2001 - The U.S. ARMY Soldier Biological Command (SBCCOM) has awarded RTI a contract to develop a Quality Control System for the inspection of ASSY Strip for the Joint Biological Point Detection System (JBPDS).
